# Activar Certificado SSL

En este tutorial vamos aprender cómo activar SSL (Secure Sockets Layer, capa de sockets seguros) un protocolo de red para conexiones encriptadas a través del navegador. Este paso es muy sencillo desde el panel de hosting de LatinCloud.

Debés ingresar a tu panel de control: <https://panel.latincloud.com>, una vez ingreses, vas a poder ir a sitios web, seleccionar el sitio y activar la opción SSL, como se ve a continuación:&#x20;

**Https Automático:** Esta opción te permitirá redireccionar todo el tráfico de la web a https de forma automática, sin que tengas que poner alguna instrucción adicional en el código que puede hacer que tu sitio quede offline.

**Corregir enlaces http:** Intenta corregir de forma automática enlaces http por https utilizando encabezados http.

¡Listo! Tu sitio ya está redireccionando a tu sitio protegido.\
